Missing controller that was paid for through xlabs
Nothing, the product got shipped back to China and I still did not receive the product even though it has been paid for; it just kept going around in circles. Not happy.

trash if you get patched through it disconnects or doesn't even go through plus i need a actual person but they are not doing what there job title say i mean maybe if i was able to talk to them plus I've spent a lot of money on my Xbox and they just can't seem to actual do a thing if i have to I'll fly up to the main land to give them a helping hand in the form of verbal stimulation also tried filling out the recovery form but its *** and stupid

Wouldn't let me talk to a person and kept giving me some link to a random website. Complete waste of time and I still can't do what I want as it wouldn't give me the answers I want. Just wasted money on Xbox games I can't play.

Stealing my money
I redeemed a gift card to an Xbox I still have access to but now I am unable to open the game I redeemed it for because of multiplayer restrictions which I have corrected multiple times.
